Wardi was founded in 2000 after identifying a gap in the Greek market for specialised logistics services.

Since then our company has continually evolved, striving to deliver value to it's clients, by the continuing development of its personnel, services, facilities and technology.

2000
  • The founding of Wardi S.A. and opening of our warehouse in Anthousa Attikis
2006
  • Warehouses and central offices open in Peania
  • Opening of our specialist chemical warehouse in Magoulas
  • Opening of our specialist Trainose warehouse for plastics and electronic equipment in Thrasio Field
2007
  • Incorporation of Wardi S.A. into the Premier.Shukuroglou group of companies
2008
  • Complete buy-out of Wardi S.A by Premier.Shukuroglou
  • Company restructuring – change of executive management and hiring of specialist personnel
  • Implementation of a Oracle’s JDEdwards Resource Planning Systems
2009
  • Introduction of a new certified chemical warehouse at Aspropyrgos to replace the Magoulas and Thriasiou Pediou facilities
  • Implementation of new shelving and collection machinery
  • Implementation of Mantis Logistics Vision Warehouse Management System
